What Kind of Personal Information SportsMasters Collects
While we don't ask for any registration information or personal information to browse our site, some information about your server address, web browser, and computer system are automatically transmitted to our web servers so that we can operate our site on the internet. If you choose to purchase anything or send us an email, we require that you give us some personal information (including your name, address, email address, and other similar information). To order, you must provide contact information (such as name and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and CVV code). In addition, as part of our site operation, we reserve the right to automatically collect and track:
- The home server domain name, email address, type of computer, and type of web browser you are using while you visit our website.
- Information on what pages of our website you accessed.
How We Use Your Personal Information
SportsMasters stores customer information in a password protected database to fulfill your requests for certain services and to contact you about specials, new services, and products. Credit card information is stored on a secure server. We restrict access to your personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you as well as to assist us in customizing the content of our site to provide information that may be of interest to you.
The SportsMasters organization does not currently sell or rent your personal identifiable information to other companies. We do, however, reserve the right to do so and will not notify you or obtain your consent prior to sharing, selling, or otherwise disclosing your personal identifiable information to third parties.
The SportsMasters organization will share your personally identifiable information with other companies when:
- We provide your information to another company such as retailers and direct marketers that assist us in providing products and services.
- We are required by law to provide your information; or
- We find that your actions on our website violate our Terms of Use agreement that you agree to by using our website.
Security
The importance of security for all personally identifiable information associated with our users is of great concern to us. Financial information, if collected, is transmitted from your computer to our server using encryption software. Only those employees who need access to our users' information to process your orders are allowed access, as described above.

Requesting to See Your Personal Information
You may request, via email that we provide you with the personal information we have collected from you. Links to Other Websites
Our website may contain links to other websites. We encourage our partners, contributors and other third parties to implement policies and practices that respect your privacy.
We are not, however, responsible for other website's privacy practices or website content. Occasionally, you may receive cookies from third party advertisers, partners or vendors. We do not control these cookies.
In-App Purchases (Apple & Google)
When you subscribe via our iOS or Android app, your payment is processed by Apple (StoreKit) or Google (Play Billing). We do not receive or store your payment card data. Apple/Google share a transaction receipt and subscription identifier with us via our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, Inc.
RevenueCat as a Sub-Processor
We use RevenueCat, Inc. (San Francisco, CA) to manage mobile subscription state. RevenueCat receives: your SportsMasters user ID, a RevenueCat-generated anonymous ID, your subscription product ID, transaction timestamps, and platform (iOS/Android). See RevenueCat's privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Push Notifications
If you grant permission, we send push notifications about upcoming picks, pick reminders, leaderboard updates, and subscription status. We register a device push token with Apple (APNs) or Google (FCM) via Azure Notification Hubs. You can disable notifications in your device Settings.
Device Identifiers
Our apps collect: device model, OS version, app version, and an advertising identifier (only if used — see App Tracking Transparency). We do NOT use the IDFA for cross-app tracking.
Subscription Access Across Platforms
Your subscription access follows your account. If you subscribe on the website and then log in to our mobile app, your subscription is recognized automatically — you do not need to subscribe again. The same is true in the other direction. Billing, however, stays with the provider you originally chose (Stripe for web, Apple or Google for mobile). To change which provider bills you, cancel your current subscription first, then subscribe on the new channel.
Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Right to access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Right to deletion: Request that we delete your personal information and account.
- Right to portability: Request a copy of your personal information in a portable, machine-readable format.
- Right to correction: Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt-out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (CCPA).
How to Request Account or Data Deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at experts@sports-masters.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," or use the in-app account deletion option available in your account settings. We will verify your identity before processing the request.
Response Timeline
We will respond to verified requests within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. CCPA requests will be acknowledged within 10 business days and fulfilled within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you of the reason and extension period.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
